Malicious disinformation about the EU has reached its highest levels since May 2023.
It represents a percentage corresponding to 15% of the total disinformation issues recorded in May 2024.
On the other hand, issues of malicious climate change misinformation have dropped significantly, by almost 50%.
Also, topics related to Ukraine and the Middle East crisis decreased slightly, while malicious misinformation on other topics remained stable.
