Focus on Media Literacy: MedDMO’s researchers talk about what’s next

Researchers play a pivotal role in ensuring MedDMO’s impactful contribution to the fight against disinformation in Greece, Cyprus and Malta.

In an interview for The Media & Learning Association (MLA), four of MedDMO’s researchers shed light on the leading players for the promotion of media literacy in the three countries, on the ways to assess the level of media literacy in the region over time and on the main challenges they face in promoting it.

Additional, they lay out specific media literacy plans of MedDMO, which include the creation of new educational material, the launch of campaigns and the finalization of their survey on media literacy needs.
